DISTRIBUTOR PLAN
Minimum Order (100 Cartons )
As a distributor you become a key supplier of our healthy and crunchy chin chin varieties in your area. You buy directly from Abkizpalace at factory prices and supply to wholesalers in your area.

INVESTOR PLAN
Minimum Investment Amount ( #200,000)
As an investor at AbkizPalace, you are investing your funds into our business. Your investment amount will be used to stock cartons of AbkizPalace chin chin. We handle the business operations on your behalf, and profits are shared between investor and the company.
Investor Partnership Terms are:
- Investment: The Investor shall provide a minimum investment of #200,000, which will be converted into goods (cartons of chin chin).
- Sales : AbkizPalace will manage the sales and distribution of the chin chin on behalf of the Investor.
- Profit Sharing: Net profits (after deducting agreed costs such as packaging, transportation, and sales expenses) shall be shared 50% to the Investor and 50% to the Business.
- Reporting: The Business shall provide the Investor with regular sales and profit breakdowns quarterly.
- Duration & Termination: This Agreement shall commence after payment has been confirmed and will continue until terminated by either party with atleast 30 days’ written notice.
